Mike, thanks for your reply, it's appreciated.

The Pluto worked fine using DATV-Easy v2.17 so no firmware issues there. It also worked fine with SDR Console and continues to do so...
Sorry but that is a completely invalid assumption. It is a new version. It MAY require different firmware, it MAY require different settings. Your screenshots clearly show it is sending data somewhere. Either it is not getting to the Pluto or the Pluto does not know what to do with it when it is getting it. Don't assume, check.

Pluto correct mode? Unsure what this refers to?
When you log into the web page of the Pluto, what do you see? If you have installed some firmware, what is it? Some firmware versions need to be set to DATV mode. I am assuming you are not running F5OEO's firmware or you would have said so and I can see from the screenshot it is just set to "Adlam Pluto" and not one of the F5OEO firmwares. If you were, it would need to be in the correct mode to accept the UDP transport stream. DATV easy should handle that, but only if it is selected. That doesn't apply if you are using the stock firmware. DATV easy supports both and it is selected under the equipment dropdown.

There is a lot of information in the manual http://www.vivadatv.org/download/file.p ... e2675e33d3 that

Mike,
the info screen from the Pluto shows below;

"Welcome to PlutoDVB, ADALM-PLUTO QO-100/DATV custom firmware"

Plus I have tried all of the F5OEO options from the DATVEasy drop down menu (shown below), none of which seem to work, some do not give 2 green indicators which is expected if the option is incorrect.

Could it be a conflict with something in Nvidea or am i barking up the wrong tree

Can you show is the Pluto screen? I think you are using F5OEO firmware. We need to work out which.

Mike,
the Pluto when connected to my PD4 and in transmit shows FIRM2101RC on my rx picture /data screen overlay.
Maybe the latest F5OEO firmware is required for DATVEASy though I doubt it.
Cheers

Not the latest firmware, but one that is supported by DATV Easy. If you look at that manual, it explains what firmware you need.

"Adalm-Pluto can be used with firmware from F5OEO 0201 or 0303 (addition of DVB-T) and higher
With this firmware you must install the libraries libiio-0.24.gc4498c2-Windows-setup.exe zip include."

Have you installed those libraries?

Morning Mike,

can I ask what your settings / firmware are for qo100 DATV using a Pluto?

I have updated the Pluto firmware to 0303 and have now noticed there are more settings to choose from on the info page which I have never viewed or changed previously.
regards,
Barry

I don't use DATV Easy. However it has two basic modes, DATV and Passthrough. You will want one or the other. They are under the system tab. Don't forget to apply settings. I also have the "Remux - Force compliant" further down that page enabled.

However, it appears DATV easy sets these itself because there is a "passthrough on exit" checkbox in the DATV easy configuration. When I checked, my Pluto was in DATV mode when DATV-EASY was sending and it had also disabled the Remux. I had to fix that as I use it with my script. So, my conclusion is you don't need to do anything in the Pluto 0303 websettings with DATV-Easy.

I did a test on QO100 - DATV Easy is working, but it doesn't seem to be setting the power very high - probably I have not set the maximum high enough. I think the maximum is the maximum and the slider is the percentage of that maximum - your problem might be there. You can also control it with the slider in the Pluto web page.
