I have one in my 6 cm transmitter but it is rather expensive to send it from the Netherlands to UK.
If you already have one with defective final stage, I have also a new Toshiba TIM3742-16SL-34 for sale. Shipping of that is more realistic.

If you want to contact me, my email address is in QRZ.com

Best regards,

These were very common a few years back, must be hundreds in junkboxes. They were part of a decommissioned broadband service, typically two PAs and PSUs in a 4U 19" rack. I sold one at the Ridgeway Round Table last week, now on its way to another repeater. A photo so people know what is being looked for.

Here is a link to the datasheet on DD0YRs website https://dd0yr.de/Bilder/PA-SM3437-43L.pdf

I have another but keeping for now in case I need it myself. There are 20W and 50W versions and they are in-band. The purple heatsinks are nice and I fear many may have been scrapped, keeping just the heatsink.

A warning though, they are not very efficient, 12V at 8A for the 20W version, class A so you might have 100W of consumption, 70p a day, which soon adds up if it is on 24/7, £250 a year. It might be cheaper in the long run to buy/build a more efficient PA.

I have a ready to go spare 20W with its purple heatsink, fans and basic (DATV) PA enable toggle.
Might be easier than shipping from abroad....
