Hi,
I received hamtv from the ISS many years ago using the old PCI computer card with Minitouner. Unfortunately the motherboard on that system is dead and I don't have a quick fix.
Instead I luckily have the Minitouner hardware with a serit tuner. This was made in France as a big batch that sold out quickly. I am unable to log in to vivadatv and password reset emails don't seem to be sent so I am trying to move on to open Tuner software. It looks like the software is talking to my hardware. In the past I tested my set up by Watching Sky news via my normal TV dish. Is this possible and what settings do I need (or any other TV channel presumable 13 volt no tone so horizontal polarisation. ?
I have nothing for qo-100 yet..
Then the option on opentunner for hamtv is greyed out, but what settings do I put in for that? Local oscillator for down converter 916.5Mhz so hamtv on 2395mhz will appear at tuner as 1478.5mhz
Finally this unit has two USB ports and two F connectors, which one should I use. I know I need to jumper the 12 volt to supply power to the LNB/down converter.
Thanks in advance

Re: Open Tuner HAMTV Minitouner Pro V1.1
Hi
I wrote a guide to using OpenTuner to receive HamTV yesterday. You can find it here: https://wiki.batc.org.uk/OpenTuner_for_HamTV
You will need to set the frequency to 1478.5 MHz, not 2395, and probably enable the LNB supply.
If you select Port A in the software, then that is the top F connector on the tuner. Not sure about the USB connector or the jumper.
Good luck
