Portsdown 4 update

Hi,

Github is showing update 202310110 as latest but portsdown only displays update 202310080, has any one else seen this.

Its a development version Brian, sent out to testers before full release. Dave is busy at the RSGB Convention and will probably release it some time next week once people have had a chance to check it for bugs.
