Ex Bison Electronics / G7NTG PA

Has anyone got a triple semiconductor Bison Electronics (Poland) PA as also sold as a modified board or complete PA by Jim G7NTG that they would sell in known working order, as a bare board or complete with heat sink and case? I have a friend who is an "excellent buyer" who wants to find one but Bison and Jim have no longer any stock. Thanks.
