DATV Repeaters UK / Western Europe

Is there any ATV repeater list that covers UK and nearby European countries that shows which are analogue and which are DATV? All the UK lists I can find don't show what mode is used, just locations and frequencies. I am trying to build up a list of likely repeaters with digital output that I can try to receive when out portable in the near future. My location in SE Kent means that I am also looking at what might be receivable from F, ON and PA. At present I am only looking at 23cm.
So far I have been unable to receive any DATV other than my own Digilite system which is P9 anywhere within about 4 miles of my QTH *without* my 10W amplifier.
