Many readers of this forum may already know that TAPR is an international organization dedicated to advancing Digital Technologies for ham radio. The ARRL and TAPR Digital Communications Conference (DCC) is an international forum for radio amateurs to meet, publish their work, and present new ideas and techniques.

Just a note that all of the ABSTRACTS and file download links for PDF copies of papers and/or presentations files from the recent TAPR DCC2011 conference are now available (free) on the TAPR web site at:
