Limenet micro - wifierror

Getting an error when I try and set up the wifi on the Limnenet Portsdown:

"Failed to connect to non-global ctrl_ifname: wlan0"

wtf?
Seems to be related to the country setting but , but  wpa_supplicant.conf file looks right as below:

I dug a little deeper in to the PI using
sudo raspi-config
and options 2 Network options
and N2 Wifi
"No wireless interface found"

That's worrying! HELP!

Are you sure the LimeNET micro has a WiFi chip? I was under the impression it didn’t but I don’t know for certain.

Yep! You nailed it!

Just found that out now by looking at the BOM resistors.
The clue should have been the lack of an antenna connector, but I wrongly assumed there was an on-board one!

If you really need WiFi it would probably work with a USB dongle.
