A few days ago I released all the source code for the Windows App on github

It hasn't taken very long for someone to produce a version for LimeSDR.

I have tried the software and it only seems to work for DVB-S2 it also crashes often when you
try to change parameters (early days hopefully).
This software is unsupported by the DATV-Express team but it was nice to see someone
else jiang wei aka @jocover taking an interest in the project.
