Portsdown PTT and band switching

Post by g8gtz » Tue Jan 31, 2017 10:24 am

The wiki has been updated with details of a circuit to decode the GPIO pins to perform band switching as seen on the KLB show on 29th January :D

We are currently proposing that this will be built on strip board or home made PCB but the BATC shop could stock a blank PCB if there was enough interest.

EDIT PCBs are on order Not true - got confused with another board.

But the wiki has been updated to include a simple circuit using relays and diodes to use the band outputs to steer the PTT line to the correct PA etc. https://wiki.batc.tv/PTT_and_band_switching
