I set the data to 1 arcsecond and increased the profile records to 2000, but the plot didn't change. Now that I've restarted the program, I seem to have lost all elevation data.

Shaun, that looks more like the Heywhatsthat plot. I must give the online version a try. The St Arvans elevation seems to be wrong though. It should be about 262m rather than 241m. The initial path vector is heading towards the moon because it thinks you're down a 20m hole. That's the effect I get.

Brian,
I have the up to date OS Landranger map for the area and the elevation for St.Arvans agrees exactly with this. Our site is not the nearby Gaer Hill, which is marked with two masts and is just above the 260m contour, but Pen-y-Parc, which is slightly lower and on the track leading to Chepstow Park Wood.
73 Shaun.

That fits now. I can see the sharp rise in the direction of Anchor. I was using the coordinates you gave me for the PMR site. I'll put it into Radio Mobile when it comes back from extracting data.

I've put the sites from the other weekend into the online version and it gives received signal strengths as -99, -103, -107dBm for G8GTZ/P, G8GKQ/P, GW8VPG/P, which fits in with what I observed. I've assumed 2W to a 9 ele Tonna at all stations.
