G4BAO 45 Watt 23cms PA kits question
These have just become available again, please see the Downloads page at http://www.g4bao.com/ for info. My question is whether this is a good buy for getting started on 23cms digital ATV? My post code is SY13 2BT, locator IO82qv. I would be looking to get into the GB3UD repeater at Mow Cop. If the PA is technically suitable should I also buy the driver board kit as well? I would need to buy a digital TX as I currently have no 23cms gear at all. Thanks.
Best regards,
Chris, 2E0ILY in rural Shropshire.
It was a lot more fun being 20 in the 70's than being 70 in the 20's

Hi
I'm not sure if these will enable you to get in to UD as that depends on so many other factors but I do know John and his kits are very good. Bear in mind that you will need to back it off by probably 50% to get the required shoulders on your DATV signal.
Hope this helps
