Here you can see the nice result of the extension of my Minitiouner-S (older version) with a second TS output. The PCB, designed by Benno PA3FBX, fits very well on the main board and can be built into the aluminum box perfectly. Do use an insulating washer between the PCB and the nut to prevent unwanted connections!
