Pi 4 Screen 1 - No touchscreen response for Exit/Shutdown

Hello Group

Using V2 software and have found that there is no response when trying to activate an Exit or Shutdown command from the touchscreen.

I have checked the screen response by using the /HW test and it the touches register the coordinates appropriately in that area.

I know this area of the screen used to work fine for me with V1 software.

Any ideas on for a solution?
