I have swapped out my Winterhill for a Picotuner. Apart from initially not working because still had the link in for the higher port number, it is working fine. At least so far, with one exception. I can't seem to make it switch to 13V with Rob's QuickTune. It stays set to 18V. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

So, a question arises, the whpcviewer app has 4 or 9 screens - it would be nice to have an option for two.

Edit - I should add why 13V matters. I am using one LNB for narrow and and wideband and powering it with the picotuner. I need 13V for narrow band.

I see the problem with the QuickTune voltage setting. I'll release an update shortly.

I'll put the 2 screen viewer on the list.

Version ptwh0v3c has a problem with applying QuickTune LNB voltage settings. Version ptwh0v3e corrects the problem.

It sort of fixes it, but not quite. It seems to only follow what is set for RX1. If you set RX2 to 13V, then nothing happens, it stays on 18V. At least that's what it seems to be doing in my case.

I tested the fix on RX2 and it seemed to do the correct thing. Can you look at the broadcast packet on port 9997 and see what that is indicating for the VGX status. It doesn't guarantee that the pins are in the correct state, but it might give some info.

Can you remind me how to look at the port ?

Easy on an RPi, less so on a PC.

Use netcat -kluv 9997 to view the broadcast packet on an RPi. netcat -kluvw 0 9997 tends to wind up a processor to maximum.
