I think the lowest DVB-T that works is 150kS, 250 and 333 are also OK. I use a TinySA to see what's coming out (or not) of my Pluto as a very handy sanity check.
Another option is V17 of ExpressDVB TX.

Hi Patrick

I tested Portsdown 2020 DVB-T at 250 kHz and 333 kHz bandwidths as our objective was to use this mode for weak signal operation. The lowest bandwidth that I have seen work is 150 kHz. Higher bandwidths might work, but you would need to test them.

Remeber that Portsdown 2020 only supports the LimeSDR (not the Pluto). Pluto DVB-T is supported on the Portsdown 4.
