Not sure what you want in the Raspberry Pi to do once it has the image file.
None of the BATC projects are distributed as image files. They all start from the latest Raspios image and download and build all the required applications.
You can find the latest Raspios Buster Lite image here: https://downloads.raspberrypi.org/raspi ... f-lite.zip
