Hi All,
I have managed to get Tutioune latest version working with Win7 64bit with the S2-3200 dvb card..
64bit drivers here:

Then you need to follow this guide to enable 'test mode' in win7 to bypass driver singing.

The you should be able to run the VerifMatos program in Tutioune folder to check the TT-3200 card is responding.
Tutioune now works as you would expect...
