Based on the observation that 90% of all faults are power supply related, I would check your GPIO connector and also that the 5V line is not falling under load, measured on the PI, e.g. from a bad joint. Sometimes reseating the GPIO can fix these things if it is pin oxidation.

Hi,

WH is still working.

The PSU is 13.8V / 20A with addtional caps for smoothing.
As I was aware of those power problems I´ve checked all voltages at first. They seemed to be ok, no signs like the spark or the dotted small picture on screen.
As the refitting solved the problem maybe the GPIO connectors are no 100% properly connecting.
Next time I will directly remove the PI and check it seperately, that´s my greatest takeaway of this lecture!
