Hi Dave,
Having returned back to the hobby everything has changed.
My programming knowledge is zero.
All my testing has been trial and error.
I have been able to get excellent video results with the portsdown and lime sdr.
The sound sometimes is good and other time not so good.
VMix has enabled me to use many different inputs.
The versatility of the portsdown makes it an excellent unit.
Your suggestions of things to try are above my pay grade.
I look forward to new version based on Raspbian Buster.
