Thank you for your feedback.
Yes, at the end of July, my testing on DatvExpressServerApp was working "OK" and I was happy to describe what settings I had used at that point in the July Report. I had not yet explored the many settings (documentation for GraphStudioNext seems missing...or perhaps it is more accurate to say that documentation seems to be missing on the MainConcept filters and other filters that I am using?).
Thank you for pointing out that the MAX value of 8000 kbps was a poor choice for VBR....I did not realize that Graph would try to push the stream up to 8000 kbps. When testing further, I could hear an occasional "clicking" in my audio output. When checking my CPU usage....I could see that at least one processor was averaging around 90% and occasionally hitting 100% (that is when the audio click would occur). I tried other values of 1400/1500MAX and they did work better...no clicks.
Later I learned that Charles G4GUO also uses the CBR mode in the video properties settings. The NULL stuffing performed by the DatvExpressServerApp only makes allowances for CPU processing delays and ensure the modulator is constantly fed... So setting the MainConcepts Video properties to CBR and video picture mode to progressive worked best of all. The CPU usage reduced down to 25%-to-42% on my notebook and no more audio clicks. My current settings are shown below.

Thanks again for pointing to these areas that needed improvements.
