Elvaston Castle Rally Cancelled

If confirmed, I will be a little saddened as I eventually managed to pass my Morse test at the 1st Elvaston Castle Rally where they held Morse Testing. Before they started to do this at various rallies, you had to travel to one of only a few Morse test centres dotted around the country.
