Neighbours shared the problems. A careless tractor driver caught the pole with a trailer and it was left smashed and leaning precariously so they were out and rewired it within 8 hours. God bless that farmer "whoever he may be"

Had similar issues here, hitting the telegraph pole with a sledgehammer cured the problem temporarily but OR wouldn't climb it. One: Needs traffic lights as the ladder would be within X meters of a road. Two : Pole shares its usage with mains supplies, needs fibreglass ladders and specially trained "operators". Three : Needs clearance from God knows how many people. Went on like that for three months. Zen Internet were great but couldn't cajole Open Reach to do what was needed.
