Hi All,
I'm new to this site, it looks interesting.
I would like to send Tv signals from a camera on a slowly moving small radio controlled car, back to my vehicle 50 to 300mtrs away, in a wildlife setting. This doesn't need to be good quality, and only needed for aiming a Digital camera. I would like to know if this is possible and if an amateur radio licence covers this type of thing.
Cheers, Camerart.

Hi Camerart,
Assuming your camera output is a standard composite video signal, you can get some small 2.4ghz transmitters from Ebay for a reasonable price. An example unit is here:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-4Ghz-Wirele ... 4aa742feac
Assuming you are in the UK, as it is on the 2.4ghz licence exempt band, you do not need an Amateur radio licence to use it.
Hope this helps,
