Activity weekend - 6th and 7th April

Post by g8gtz » Wed Apr 03, 2019 4:57 pm

As mentioned in CQ-TV, this weekend is an ATV activity weekend and a good opportunity to practice for the contest in June.

I'm planning to go out on Saturday, probably to Walbury or another site to the North West of there.

I could also go out on Sunday PM if there is any interest.

Bands TBD but probably doing tests on 50MHz and 5665 with G4FRE.

Please post your plans here.

I'm going to Walbury Hill (IO91GI) with 50Mhz and 5.6GHz to wok Dave but happy to take other bands if anyone else is about.

Weather forecast looks reasonable...

Would this be the right place to post links to I/Q recordings of how the activity weekend looked from here in Cheshire? (146-147mhz rb atv allocation)
