From memory, this has a standard satellite tuner which tunes 950-2150MHz. A standard LNB with a local oscillator at 9750MHz will produce an output in the 745MHz region, so no, it will not work. However, it is possible to buy LNB's with converted local oscillators which will produce an output in this range - Darko in Austria sells these. An upconverter is another option, but the best option is to use the more up to date USB Minitiouner. The software for this is more advanced and still being developed.
