I saw this on GB3ZZ streamer chat dated 21/02 18:35:-
G8VPG : Freesat v7 Combo satellite receiver arrived today. Goes down to 1ms/s OK. Did more tests with 1ms/s today with Ian. Tried 8psk and 192kb/s sound for improved quality whilst still using low power. Shaun.
