BATC Forum

The committee are researching possible venues for CAT 16 and our 2016 BGM in Sep/Oct of next year. We would welcome other suggestions, but wanted your opinions on whether the RAF Museum at Cosford (near Telford) would appeal. We would have exclusive use of their Conference Room.

Attendance fees (tbd) would include Museum entrance and parking and some refreshments. Attendance at the BGM (only) would, of course, be free of charge.

Couldn't agree more - Ironbridge isn't too far away, arguably where the industrial revolution took proper hold (serious engineering that!).

I hope we can settle on this one - it's neither south nor north either, so seems a fair place to be.

I vote for GB3ZZ Bristol but willing to go where they choose.

Seems like a good location and close enough to shops to satisfy the YL

Hi Noel,

although Bristol is a lot closer to me I think that Cosford would be more central. Also with the other facilities on site I feel that our needs would be better catered for.
