Box lens zoom / focus demands / pan tilt head

Hi everyone
I am looking for the above items, but am particularly interested in a Canon set for a j20x7.5 super lens. For some reason the lenses are seen but not the controls! Any other make also, Fuji or whatever with ANALOGUE controls. (Digital ones are too modern to be of use!). Also a pan/tilt head of any era capable of holding around 50kg, any condition as I can fix pretty much anything.
