I'm looking for sometime now for 2 manuals in English ore other

One for the ROVER Multifunction field strength meter MC - 7
and
For the ROVER Multifunction CATV-SMATV analyzer MC - 10 sat

I have had contact with ROVER in Italy but they can / will not help me ?
And I can not find them on the internet.
