Noise source for uWave wanted

I have one of the cheap uncalibrated eBay noise sources that's quite useful up to 70cms but ideally I'd like a noise source that I can use higher up the spectrum, especially having seen how useful one can be in improving equipment performance.
For use with the Portsdown Noise Meter.
