Pi Camera HDMI Cable Extension

Hello
Does anyone have a spare Pi camera to HDMI connector set that I may buy or have please? These are sold in pairs by Petite Studio in Japan through the Tindie market place. The seller is unable to ship to Europe for the duration of the Russian invasion of Ukraine
As pictured I have fitted the enclosure end but need an adaptor set for the camera end. I have 1 pi camera and 3 Portsdown so fitted already. The picture shows the G8TA centenary Portsdown and the needed part is for its new camera.
