Another plea for items for the BBC Outside Broadcast van restoration project. www.mcr21.org.uk
We need:-
One matching grey free socket. (left hand picture)
Four matching grey free plugs.
Three fixed Plugs in the style of the fixed socket on the right.
These connect between the camera CCUs and the waveform monitors which have a meter to indicate the camera lenses iris setting.
A Large number of vintage PL259 & SO239 sockets are needed.
There is a looooong list of things to be found at the wish list! http://mcr21.org.uk/get-involved/wish-list/
Our project is to restore MCR21 the BBC black & white 405/625L scanner (OB Van) to as near its original 1963 condition as possible, it will then be made available for public display at various museums and events.
Thanks in advance for the BTTT www.bttt.org.uk (broadcast Television Technology Trust)
