Hi Eden,
If all you want to do is recieve GB3JV repeater, you can do that using a standard Free to air (NOT Sky) DVB-S2 set top box as it is running 2Msymbols - you only need MiniTiouner if you want to receive narrow band transmissions - such as found on Oscar 100.
You will also need a C band satellite LNB to down convert the frequencies - see this wiki page: https://wiki.batc.org.uk/3.4_GHz_DATV
