Ikegami parts wanted

Hi All

I have recently acquired an Ikegami HL-55 camera. I am trying to get it working and I would like to find the following bits:

A monocular viewfinder, the type with a 9 pin D connector and single screw fixing

An 8 pin Hirose lead to connect base station to the control panel

a short length of triax with lemo connectors.

I also have an old HL-95 tube camera which requires a multiway adapter to connect to TV36 cable.
