MX 50 VIDEO MIXER

I have a Panasonic MX50 b Video mixer with a slight video fault which is that there is a mosaic effect and it seams to stay on all the time even when the effect is switched off and I was wondering if anybody has had this fault ?, if so whats the answer if not is there a firm that repairs this type of equipment these days hope this is enough info on the fault Thanks for reading the post,
