Information on G8CMQ RC24

Hi to all I purchased a G8CMQ TX24 and RC24 at the Hamfest in Newark over the weekend.
Just wondering if anyone has information on the G8CMQ RC24 it has two BNC's and power connector.
The only information I can see on the internet it is a receive converter. So wondering if I need another unit or it down converter to another frequency.
