Philips PM5672 modulator

Hi
I am in need of a circuit or information on the linking information on the PLL synthesiser used in the UHF output upconverter module.
This unit is a VSB analogue modulator with stereo sound, I have it running on 444.25Mhz although not locked, so unsure about the condition of the PLL circuit as it was not locked when I received it.
Any information would be of great help in our attempt to get our analogue/digital ATV repeater working , the digital modulator is working fine.
