146 to 147 NOV email from RSGB

I just received an email from RSGB saying we have retained the NOV again for another year.
However If you follow the link to re-apply it will say you cannot hold two NoV's.
So it looks like we dont have to apply again until end of October 2015.
I have emailed the RSGB pointing this out so hopefully they will amend their web page accordingly.

UPdate Just had email telling me to try again and it now works ok So you can now re-apply

Dear all
There is an interesting change if you apply and hold the new Variation, in that the excluded squares condition has been relaxed (though significant caution is still required to avoid breaching the HCM condition)

PS You must personally hold the new NoV to benefit - otherwise terms of the previous NoV (which expires in October) still apply

Speaking form a previously restricted area, this is welcome news indeed.
I have my new NOV and DigiThin TX, but have not been able to work out how to comply with section 6.
Mainly:
(d) If the Licensee can demonstrate that the use of the Station in the Authorised Band
complies with relevant provisions of the Harmonised Calculation Method agreement,
it may be taken to show that the use of the Station in the Authorised Band is not
breaching the agreed international coordination limits applicable to the Authorised
Band.
Sounds simple until you actually have to work it out!
