Ofcom plans for 700 MHz band

Amateurs are not the only ones who are being squeezed on spectrum - the TV broadcast industry lost 120 MHz in the "800 MHz band" a couple of years ago when Digital Switchover happened.
And now Ofcom have just released the plans to reduce this by another 100 MHz in the "700 MHz" band - another re-tune for consumers and loads more money for Arqiva to re-engineer the Freeview transmission infrastructure...
