CAT14 - Call for talks and demos

Post by g8gtz » Tue May 27, 2014 8:39 pm

We are starting to put the CAT14 program together and...

We are looking for people to come and talk about their latest projects.

We are looking for groups / individuals to put on demos / exhibits.

We are looking for a limited number of traders to come and sell their wares.

We are looking for volunteers to help run the weekend.

But most importantly we are looking for people to come and enjoy themselves at the ATV event of the year. If you are coming, why not pre-book in the BATC shop and save some money - and let us know what you would like to see happening during the weekend.

Early days Noel, but there are one or two problems I would like to raise at the BGM. I assume that you will not be charging for people that want to attend the BGM only, and so these people will not need to register ?

Hi Trevor,

Absolutely right - no charge for members to attend the General Meeting.

However, it would useful if people register in advance for the event - you don't have to pay on-line - just to give us an idea of numbers. I could set up a no charge item in the shop if it helps.

Full details in the June issue of CQ-TV but likely the GM will be held after lunch on Sunday.

Look forward to seeing you there.
