£18.50 via European track and trace ??

Hello,
I'm new member of BATC, and I had ordered some pcbs in the shop.
I see that my order #BATC-18986 has the status 'completed'.
I had payed for a tracking number 'European track and trace', but I don't received a tracking number ???
Perhaps does it come later ?
Can you explain me what the status 'completed' mean ?

Welcome to the BATC Claude. I think that it means your order has been dealt with (packed up ready to send) but is yet to be taken to the local postal office.

Good news!
As a general note we do not sending tracking info out unless it is requested as it is just one more job for our poor overworked volunteers who run the shop to do
And please don't ask for it unless you really need it!!

And still, it might be something to look at.
I enter all the details online including the email adres of the receiver. For eu shipments we pay for track and trace. So why the track and trace info is not send to the supplied email adres is something i wasn't aware but have to look into...
