Pluto PTT relay boards

Hi,

Can anyone tell me, are the Pluto PTT relay boards fully assembled or is it just a blank PC without any compnents?
I dont have any smd soldering kit so looking for a completed unit.

PCB only, as it says in the title in the shop:-

"Pluto PTT low profile driver – blank PCB"
