Complete Kits
Complete Kits
Is there anywhere I can buy the necessary modules as a complete kit that come with all the components? If not, where can I find up to date BOM lists - preferably in a format that can be used with the likes of DigiKey?

Re: Complete Kits
No full kits are available but BOM for the different projects are on the wiki.
The BATC shop only supplies the hard to get parts and PCBs
e.g. https://wiki.batc.org.uk/MiniTiouner_hardware_Version_2
Lots of help on the wiki for the different projects.

Re: Complete Kits
Yes I've been going through the Wiki for the past week, but there are problems. For example:
The BATC Shop offers the FTM 4762 NIM and the FTS-4334LU NIM, but the BOM lists the FTS-4335 and the FT2232H_Module.
The Portsdown 4 Wiki doesn't appear to offer a BOM at all.

Unless you wish to use the Portsdown 4 as a Langstone too, all you need is a Pluto, RPI4, a Picamera or C920 webcam and a 7" touchscreen.
Maintaining a BOM is very tedious, (parts go out of favour fast these days). When I built my Portsdown2018 I cross-checked the circuit diagrams with the parts and slowly added them to the Digikey order. It takes house, but it helps with understanding of part sizes and specs.
Good luck
