Regrettably, the shop has temporarily run out of Portsdown SD Cards. I have more on order, but reputable suppliers are now running out of the 16GB cards as SanDisk move production to the larger, more profitable, cards.
If anyone knows of a reputable source of the SanDisk Ultra 16GB MicroSDHC UHS-1 red and grey cards, please let me know.

Re: Portsdown SD Cards
What's so special about those particular microSD cards, Dave? I know from past experience that in the early days of SD cards, some brands didn't work correctly under all circumstances, due to differences in the way the manufacturers implemented the protocol, but I thought all that was well in the past... Or, is it still the same nowadays?
Re: Portsdown SD Cards
Hi Dave,
For info, I'm using a Kingston class10 card with no problems, Ebuyer appear to have the Sandisk Ultra cards in stock at present.
73 Dave.

...are you sure I can't use a pair of 813's?...
Re: Portsdown SD Cards
Hi
We have had a couple of users who have had problems with Samsung Evo cards, and the SanDisk Ultras have not let us down at all.
SanDisk have recently introduced the Ultra A1 cards which are what eBuyer have in stock. They are cheaper from other sources, so I will test some in the New Year and introduce them to the Shop if they are OK.

Re: Portsdown SD Cards
Three SD cards arrived today - now that I have tested them, I have put them in the BATC shop. I hope that a few more will trickle through soon.
