Serit tuners and 1 volt reg update

I've just put the last 10 Serit tuners with adapter kits plus 2 separate tuners in the shop - this will be the last until the new order of 100 arrives, probably in about 8 weeks.
More USB modules will be in this week and I've also ordered another quantity of 1 volt regulators.
