PicoTuner unrecognised by Portsdown

I'm using the w5500 RPI pico module with ethernet.
When booting, both LED1 and LED2 blink "hi", so I believe I have the right firmware for the module.
stty -F /dev/ttyACM0 1200 does make the virtual disk available.
Running stty -F /dev/ttyPT0 raw -echo & cat /dev/ttyACM0 (which is my device name) I get:
==============================================================================================================================================
PICOTUNER (WH mode) Version=ptwh0v3e-w5100s.uf2 RunTime=731s BasePort=9900 MAC=28:CD:C1:85:9D:2B IP=192.168.0.80 DHCP=Success
==============================================================================================================================================
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Last command (0): [to@wh] rcv=2 fplug=a offset=9750000 freq=10491500 srate=1500
RX STATUS CALLSIGN MER D FREQUENCY SR MODULATION FPRO CODECS ANT PACKETS %NUL NIMTYPE TS DESTINATION
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nevertheless, the Portsdown (that works well with a Pluto), does not recognise that a tuner is connected.
Any ideas?
