FOR PROGRAMMERS / DEVELOPERS

Post by W6BDD » Sun Aug 06, 2023 1:16 am

A NOTE TO PROGRAMMERS / DEVELOPERS: Don't ASSUME that everyone is at YOUR programming level. Some of us are Hardware Hacks and know very little about software. We are looking for "Plug 'n Pray" software to run our projects. If you write a blog about a program, PLEASE "dumb it down" for the Novices. Make it as SIMPLE, EASY and COMPLETE as possible. Thank You.

George

We understand your frustration. The major problem is that all of the developers of ATV software are volunteers who enjoy developing software, but hate writing documentation. Many of the more competent developers also have demanding day jobs. We can't find any volunteers to write documentation.

You can help by publishing any hints and fixes that you pick up on the BATC Wiki so that they are easily accessible to other users.
