Presumably, you just have the Minitiouner Express card?

You will either need to download the MiniTiouner PC software - more details here: https://wiki.batc.org.uk/MiniTioune_software

Or you could make up a Ryde receiver (It's just a RPi 4 - you can buy the SD card from the BATC shop). Details here https://wiki.batc.org.uk/Ryde_Receiver

Then you need to decide where the DATV signals are that you want to watch - terrestrial or QO100 satellite - and set up an aerial or dish to receive them.

Hope this helps

Simple answer no, QO100 is a 10GHz downlink you need a LNB (PLL type not DRO) and a large dish 1m or larger to receive most signals.
