Hi folks.
after years of analog at, i would like to start with datv s and s2. Ihave allready a mini tiouner build for reception. Now i would like to get started with the portsdown. I have allready purchased a raspberrypi4 8gb. And my next purchase will be a adalmpluto. I kind of want the 8 band system . What do i need more and what would be the best way to get this realised? Suggestions welcome. Regards Rusty ve3hks

Re: getting started with datv
Hi
I would suggest starting with the Raspberry Pi, 7 inch screen and the Pluto. Leave room in the box for the 8-band switching (and perhaps order the parts - GPIO breakout board, 8-band decode, 8-band RF switch and PIC), but get the basic transmitter working first.

PS PICs will be back in stock early next week.
